LDAP keyserver should not be too difficult to set up, and would be
generally quite useful.  Remember that HKP keyservers are broken by
design and simple keyring files are not terribly scalable.  Suggest a
keyring which can be read from or updated, but which does not normally
accept addition of new keys.  ie, someone with priveleged access must add
new keys to the keyring, but anyone can update an existing key with new
signatures, upload revokation certs, that sort of thing.

<Knghtbrd> Besides, the last keyboard device I saw which would be at all
           useful for pommeling someone had an IBM logo on it.  It was
	   attached to a PS/2 and weighed more than some small children.
