Hi.
Now, "fonts.dir" file is generated on /etc/init.d/xfs. I think
it should be generated on each (font) ebuilds inherit "font.eclass".
Some ebuilds (arphicfonts, baekmuk-fonts and so on) generate (or put)
fonts.dir because of old ttmkfdir didn't supported encodings.
New ttmkfdir(>=2.0) supports encodings.
