Hello everyone,

I'm now masking all 3.0.x version of kde-base/kdebindings. The reason being 
that we now have qt 3.1 in the stable profiles (and 3.1.1 in ~), and 
kdebindings 3.0.x only works with qt 3.0.x (by design, since these are QT 
bindings among others).

If you don't know what the kde bindings are, don't worry, only (some) kde 
developers need them. If you want them, I suggest using kde 3.1rc5 (or cvs) 
instead of downgrading to qt 3.0.x.

I patched kdebindings-3.0.5a to compile with qt-3.1.1, so I unmasked
kdebindings-3.0.x.
