Hi folks,

Are there native Gentoo tools to handle /etc config file updates?
I wrote a quick script [1], [2] to interactively diff, edit current,
remove new or replace with new, such relevant files.

If this is of general interest, I'd be willing to enhance.

*supresses a laugh* A tool that does almost exactly this has been around for
a long time. Try 'etc-update'.
