Subject: [gentoo-dev] halt.sh: sync before unmount?
Date: Tue, 3 Dec 2002 22:03:25 +0100 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20021203220325.19d2fe9b.degrenier@easyconnect.fr> (raw)
Hi,
It seems that the halt.sh script doesn't sync disks before unmounting.
According to the comments about the ext3 bug in 2.4.20 on
http://kerneltrap.org/node.php?id=515, this could be a good idea in
general. What do you think about it?
