Hi;
I see in the 1.4rc init scripts that they check
for eg. 'if [ -x /sbin/vgscan -a -d /proc/lvm ]'
Now, after booting 2.5.45-mcp2, I find that there is
no /proc/lvm. And I dont see anyone using /proc/lvm in
the init scripts, so perhaps this test is bad. (If you
install the lvm2 tools, vgscan and vgchange work fine
on the existing disk...) Seems like simply testing the
output of vgscan if it exists will give you the
information required...
