Howdy all
After helping Michael yesterday with he' bug .. I'm bust scanning some
bugs I can maybe help with... I'm no coder nor developer as such .. but
I have a very goo dunderstanding of the system and debuggin problems ..
esp compiling issues. I can also read C/C++ and sus out what it's doing ..
Can people that have bugs that they just don't have to time to deal with
because it's "below" them (nor worth they time to find the problem" let
me know offlist with bug numbers and I'll get cracking on them
I've just finished seting up my home system as well and will be using it
for testing and debugging etc etc
p4 1.7 256M GF2 :)

Just so the air is clear here (guilty conscience on my part) - that bug
wasn't "below/beneath" me - I really had no clue on how to proceed. Your
perl's bugging out on you, I'm your man. Your portage is bugging out on
you while dealing with perl...I might be your man...
I know you weren't implying otherwise Henti, just didn't want others
thinking I had "shoveled" something off because I didn't want to do
deal with it.
And thanks again for the help yesterday!

Michael .. I realy didn't mean any offence ... and I acually didn't mean it like that.
Helping you out just made me realise how many other bugs might be laying around not getting sorted because
of varios reasons ..
I did not mean to offend you ... if which I did .. I do appoligize.

The issue was portage related .. and I have no doubt you did whatever you could to try and resolve the issue.
I just helped out :)
