It looks like ld cannot find libgconf-gtk-1 which is
provided by gconf.
$ qpkg -I -i -f /usr/lib/libgconf-gtk-1.so
gnome-base/gconf-1.0.8-r3 *
Gconf [ http://www.gnome.org/ ]
In gnome-extra/gtkhtml/gtkhtml-1.0.4.ebuild gconf is
shown as a dependency but it is dependent on the
'gnome' USE flag.
Double check and make sure you have gconf installed.
