I just tried to emerge gnumeric and got the message
"couldn't download linc-0.5.2.tar.bz2". I can install
gnumeric by hand if necessary.
In spite of a few glitches like this, I really like
Gentoo compared to Slackware which I was using for the
last 5 years.
