I've got a bugzilla account now (lypanov@kde.org). (also moved this thread to the gentoo-dev list) As an update on the KDE HEAD compilation problems. 1.5d: doesn't work (gentoo 1.5 from redhat) 1.5: does work, and is the kde suggested one, but will not install into a 'versioned' directory, therefore not allowing for an installation together with 1.4. but it might be possible to have a completely seperate 1.5 directory: (via --prefix) http://lists.kde.org/?l=kde-core-devel&m=102163745215102&w=2 therefore, tonight i'll make a 1.5 package that prefixes to /usr/share/automake-1.5. not sure at all of this location though ;-) 1.6.1: mueller + coolo both suggested that this version should work, but alas, it does not, but its nevertheless a nice idea to have it, as coolo uses it (+ a few possible suse patches) The automake wrapper gets lots of options therefore ;-) mvg, Alex -- kelletta@eidetica.com (lypanov) http://lypanov.shacknet.nu
