Hi,

We don't have a website up yet, we were first trying to get people already
familiar with Gentoo into the Sparc(64) port. You're welcome to try it out
but mind you we don't have a working X windows yet and we're certainly not
up to the point where we can compare to debian/redhat/suse sparc linux.

You can join us at irc.openprojects.net channel #gentoo-sparc, hope to see
you there!

cheers,
maarten

Where can I get the port from?

Do you have an ISO or tarball?

Hi,

The tarballs are in the same place as the x86 ones at Gentoo.org. Just
follow the link to the ISOs and Tarballs off the main page.

I'm working on an ISO right now.

cheers,
maarten

Come and join us in #gentoo-sparc! For now we use the gentoo-alt mailing
list. I'm burning a CD now, if that one is reasonable I'll publish it.

cheers,
maarten

Cool.

I am willing to do some testing when you have the iso
done.

I would also like to lend a hand here.

Great! Let us know when it's ready. I'll test it right then.

Any word on a mailing list? List or not. I'm *very* keen to help out
with these ports (sparc/sparc64)
