It may be, but that doesn't help. Netscape is often the only browser
available on many machines (think RedHat 6.2 and people that don't
build their own software), and is even more often the only browser
worth using (not everybody has an Athlon 1000).
I feel his argument is valid. I just checked the website with
Navigator 4.08 and, while it seems fine to me, it is borderline
too wide.
Whether or not this is enough to necessitate changing the website
is not up to me to decide.
