Subject: [gentoo-dev] Is it possible to install Gentoo without an Internet connection
Date: Mon, 18 Mar 2002 18:48:54 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20020318184854.A20677@localhost.localdomain> (raw)

Hi,

I'm interested in using Gentoo (I like the concepts and features of
Gentoo), but I only have a modem connection and therfore it is impossible
to download the packages while installing. Please, let me know if there is
a possibility to download your packages (especially the source packages),
burn them on a CD (I have the possibility to do it at school) and then
install them, and if so, what needs to be done.

The best,
Jan Chorowski.
