Hello:
I've read your article and I think that maybe the solution is to make an
automatized patch inclussion verifier that (e.g.) taking SRPMS, checks every
patch contained against the latest kernel release. I think that it is not a
foolproof solution, but if there is a Kernel Janitor Day to catch all these
missing patches... ;)
