Already asked. We don't distribute binary packages of his software,
which is where the bulk of his restrictions. By building from source,
we get around the issue, in the same manner as the BSDs.

While MaraDNS is nice, it still has a number of missing features and is
still getting the wrinkles ironed out. This is probably not the
software one wants to be running if they don't plan on sitting on top of
it.
