This is an internal error in the Sun JDK, and a nasty one at that. I have
not tried to reproduce it, as I run blackdown-jdk instead.
The current way the JDKs are installed and (do not) interoperate will be
fixed some time next month after I have finished my exams.
Until then, I recommend you try another JDK, such as Blackdown.
