/etc/init.d/netmount needs to have portmap added
to its depend line or it needs to *not* mount nfs filesystems

Is the "right" thing to do to remove netmount from default and
use rc-update to add nfsmount instead?

However, if an init script plans on mounting nfs filesystems it had better
pre-depend on portmap.

This is basically a case of for who do we break the script.
If we add portmap, it will inconvenience some users, if we
dont, others will be affected.

For example, if someone dont use nfs, netmount will fail
to start if portmap do not exist, or start portmap when
the user dont want it to.

Being in developmental stage still, we do what is the most
logical, create it so that it should work for most, but it
could need tweaking. As this distro is currently for admins
and developers, we are sure that they should be able to live
with/fix these small issues until everything has been fully
implemented.

As an after thought, work is being done on this issue of
dependancies that should only be started if the dependancy
is in the current runlevel.
