I am having trouble emerging the latest version of koffice. The error is
occuring in kde-objprelink-patch. The error text I get is:
********
emerge koffice-1.1.ebuild
Calculating dependencies.!!! Name error in pharmacy-0.3-1: multiple version
parts.
!!! Error: /usr/portage/dev-util/pharmacy is not a valid Portage directory,
skipping...
done!
>>> emerge app-office/koffice-1.1 to /

Hunk #1 succeeded at 3420 (offset -146 lines).

I am aware of the pharmacy error and will resolve that.

Make sure you have the latest cvs, you may have been caught in the middle of
an upgrade. Then, if the problem persists, edit /usr/portage/debug.eclass and
set
DEBUG_OUTPUT="/dev/tty"
(or /dev/ttyN, if you want the debug output apart from the emerge output) and
see what it says.

Got the new file, and tried again. The same error occurred. So I modified
debug.eclass and redid the ebuild. The error was the same with the debug
output as it was without it. I have pasted the debug output below.
>>> md5 ;-) koffice-1.1.tar.bz2
>>> Unpacking source...
debug: now in function base_src_unpack
debug: parameters: all patch
debug: now in section all
