These CD's are just basically refinements to the install process, nothing
more. If you use -r11 you are not necessarily getting a newer system than
if you used the -r10 iso. Both ISOs contain the -r7 build image. However,
sometimes I *will* update bootstrap.sh and the bootstrap files, which does
result in a newer system for some people. For example, you probably have
baselayout 1.6.1, but anyone who installs today will get baselayout 1.6.2
which contains slightly improved system initialization scripts.

No; it should be the same as rc5, except that the kernel is at /isolinux/kernel
and the initrd is at /isolinux/rescue.gz.
