Hello... Just wanted to let people know that we have a few ebuilds
creating junk directories under /usr.  gdm creates a /usr/pam.d and samba
creates a /usr/private for example.  Also shouldn't we move /usr/ssl to
/usr/lib/ssl or similar?

gdm is now fixed and everyone using 2.2.3.1 should update to
2.2.3.1-r1 to get rid of the /usr/pam.d directory.
