I was able to dial out as a normal user. I was happy. Then I rebooted and the problem came back. The permissions changed back to what it was. It seems to be that they are automatically generated at boot time. Now what? I know nothing about devfs, but I now that I have this thing mounted automatically (I guess is built in the kernel - I do nor have to pass anything to grub). Is it possible that I have to set the permissions somehow through this devfs?! If yes, how? What is the utility to do that?
