Is there any way to get CVS repository?
If so, I could be able to setup CVSup server for gentoo-x86 and
other things.

This whould be a cool thing. Currently only developers can access the
CVS repository.
I think we have to possibilities. First you get a developer account.
Second we add the possibility to
rsync the whole cvs-tree. Let's wait what Daniel thinks about that if he
wake up.

I prefer the second.
Because I didn't contribute anything to GENTOO, and 
don't have powerful skill to help you so much.
As you said, I should wait Daniel's answer when he wake up. :)

Well, rsync access should be working now.  You can connect to rsync://cvs.gentoo.org.
It's read-only, but good for most people.  I describe how to use rsync to synchronize
your /usr/portage tree in the development guide on the website.
