As already stated by Flameeyes, we could produce a list of hundreds of ebuilds to remove,
just because they are unmaintained. So, let's start alphabetically:

OK, if someone wants some starting point that makes at least some sense, see
http://tinyurl.com/bbvxs which lists open bugs assigned to maintainer-needed
that are not enhancement/version bump.
