Hello Marek and thank you for the feedback.

=46tr DISTUTILS_USE_SETUPTOOLS has been disabled for a while but I think we=
 can=20
use a tag in WHITEBOARD to meet your needs.
I think it has been used in the past and it doesn't hurt have it.
