Hey all, 

there are only 299 ebuilds with EAPI=3 left in our tree, so eliminating EAPI=3 
usage is within reach!

So, if you're maintaining a package with EAPI=3, or if you feel the urge to do 
something for maintainer-needed packages, please prepare EAPI bumps, file 
stabilizations, remove old ebuilds...
