Due ferringb retirement the following packages are up for grabs:
app-arch/tarsync
dev-python/snakeoil
dev-util/bsdiff
dev-util/diffball
sys-apps/pkgcore (likely to be treecleaned as it's no longer maintained
and neither has eapi5 support)
