We are pleased to announce the stabilization of GNOME-2.32. Users are
strongly encouraged to read the GNOME 2.32 Upgrade Guide, to avoid any
possible issues relating to the upgrade, such as gnome-panel hanging 
issues, evolution migration problems and others.

Would it make sense to mention the timeline for stabilizing gnome?  Is
it coming in a day, a week?  Hopefully we're not sending out the news
item the same day - there is a decent chance that users would see it
after they've already done an emerge -u world...

Then, I would try to CC arches a day after the 72 hours needed to be
able to commit news item after sending it to gentoo-dev/pr for review :)
