This point is another example of an attempt to enforce an undocumented QA policy, which is where I made my input, as the architect of our new (and well-received) PHP packages. ... and then the discussion deteriorated into something I'm not particularly proud of, for my part in it. Now, back to the topic at hand. Either you have genuine QA issues for webapp-config, which we'd love to know about so that we can fix them, or you don't. Which is it?
