I do agree however that there=20 > should be some link to the relevant documentation from the handbook. There is a link. It was in since the docs were moved. Also, I plan on working with the documentation team to come up with an "Advanced Installation Topics" type guide that will not only give information on the lower stages, but also how to make a "stage1 install" from a stage3 tarball. It will likely also cover things like Hardened, provided they want it that way. --=20 Chris Gianelloni Release Engineering - Strategic Lead x86 Architecture Team Games - Developer Gentoo Linux --=-utFcI0qZjy8HfR6nmEts Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name=signature.asc Content-Description: This is a digitally signed message part -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.2 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQBDhHjTkT4lNIS36YERAkPhAJ9knwcDnvu1/bpf95MEx8j7PMZDyACfcg7n 8AcuEJpgIW6uvYRHcUvX70I= =GIPh -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --=-utFcI0qZjy8HfR6nmEts-- -- gentoo-dev@gentoo.org mailing list
