The question I just want to have answered, is how the hell are you going to get a system up sanely (and without tweaking /etc/portage/package.use) if besides the 350 global USE flags, and the 1200 local USE flags, you now have to worry about global USE flags meaning different things for every package? As for the 'xprint' USE flags ... I guess the description is deceptive .. its support for X11's printing system (or should be). 'cups' is for cups support, etc. --=20 Martin Schlemmer --=-w9n2j9gX4CF0h4qoTvbW Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name=signature.asc Content-Description: This is a digitally signed message part -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.2 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQBDRBWKqburzKaJYLYRArxGAJ9TNDsSOfI8wu995WuuWEoPlHInlwCgjA9g XAfC1LDswFH5tbMAvAgboRA= =fLWA -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --=-w9n2j9gX4CF0h4qoTvbW-- -- gentoo-dev@gentoo.org mailing list
