Now that we are using 2.6 as our default kernel for x86, I think that we
should add alsa to the default USE flags for the architecture. This
probably holds true for any other arch that is now on 2.6 and supports
alsa.
Any objections?

As 2.6 kernels on the SPARC platforms do not work as reliably as 2.4 yet,
we will probably refrain from making alsa a default use flag for now.

On a similar note, will nptl be enabled in the default x86 USE flags?
