Ok i've noticed quite the problem within the last few days where two
packages (out of like a few) are not in the dist files mirror are you
aware of this?

I wasn't paying much attention until this point, one missing package
that 404s is:
	media-gfx/imagemagick-6.2.0.4
and there were more but thats the first I payed attention to what was
going on instead of simply waiting which i have done for quite some
time.

gettext-0.14.2 did the same thing... gentoo.mirrors.pair.com,
gentoo.osuosl.org didnt have, ibiblio didnt have, I ended up getting
from upstream.
