Axxo requested it so I took a quick stab at it-
http://dev.gentoo.org/~ferringb/find-deps.py
Offhand, it's not smart enough to know if a pkg provides for a virtual,
so you'd have to search for the cat/pkg, and virtual. It can either
search for pkgs that have one of the supplied args, or w/ -a specified,
a pkg that has all other args as deps.
It's quite likely not perfect, but might be useful.
