On second thoughts, I retract that request, based on the following:

"Q: Is the current version of MySQL Administrator stable?

A: No, this is the first Alpha release of MySQL Administrator, a
completely new product from MySQL AB. Since it has only been tested on a
limited number of machines, it is very likely that there are
undiscovered bugs.

So it is not recommended to use MySQL Administrator in a production
environment at the moment."

Who knew that alpha products could have version numbers greater than 1!

The MySQL Query Browser (http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/query-browser/)
is also alpha, so it looks like I'll be sticking with MySQL CC for now
(unless I find something equal/better), even if Gentoo do drop it from
portage.

Cheers

Andrew
