Hi all,

both media-gfx/opendx and dev-libs/hdf could use an "szip" USE flag for
using the szip compression library.
If there are no objections, I will add this in a few days.

Since this would be used by two packages, I'd say that a global flag makes
more sense than two local ones - or what do you think about this?

I don't see a problem with it.  Personally, I don't think about making a
flag global until I use it in at least 3 or more ebuilds, but that's
just a personal, unwritten rule.
