Wouldn't it just be *much* quicker to add a simple=20 epatch ${FILESDIR}/patchname line to the ebuild and keep a local copy in your overlay? I would think trying to modify emerge itself seems a bit of a wasted effort considering how easy it is to keep your own overlay. --=20 Chris Gianelloni Developer, Gentoo Linux Games Team Is your power animal a penguin? --=-rjcF0fy69SAA7lty4irS Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name=signature.asc Content-Description: This is a digitally signed message part -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.4 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQBAoly0kT4lNIS36YERAp31AJ4iBOKOmGCc/9a0ksHmjGaOzFGsBwCgj1GI 85c4xxJHiSFBOi51Inh/VnE= =kfGK -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --=-rjcF0fy69SAA7lty4irS--
