This naming scheme does not work. It seems to complain about the extra
period. I've also been having problems with "_pre200312182000". It
seems to be too many digits, and generates a traceback.
"3.0_pre200312182000" would probably be fine (but it doesn't work
currently). Milestones are really integration builds with a special
stamp of approval anyway. The time is important, as multiple
integration builds can happen in one day.
