On the topic of profiles, I'd like to add 'selinux' to use.mask for all
non-selinux 1.4 profiles. Asserting the selinux use flag is
insufficient for creating a SELinux system, and people need to use the
selinux profiles to get the right versions of selinux-patched packages,
and all other requirements.
