WOW!
	I really didn't expect this level of discussion, seems I threw the cat
into the fire with this.

I'll attempt to integrate the comments into the GLEP in the next 24
hours and have a revision up by about 0400 UTC 06 AUG.  

From there I will also submit it to glep@gentoo.org so that those who
will be implementing it can fine tune it.
