Subject: [gentoo-dev] "strict" depencies mod_php -> imap?
Date: 06 Jun 2003 09:15:21 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <1054883721.17418.6.camel@fogelnest> (raw)
I wanted to install mod_php on my server, an this package wants to
install uw-imap. I have imap in my USE setting because I have
cyrus-imapd installed on this machine. does mod_php need "uw" or will it
work with "cyrus"? Is there anything special about uw that cyrus cannot
provide? and if cyrus is sufficient, why then this strict depency?
Martin
