No, just ones we think is ok for a generic desktop system with nice
functionality ....

If you do not just want to '-foo' the flags you do not want, do in
/etc/make.conf:
----------------------------------------------
USE="-* whatever_flags_you_want"
----------------------------------------------
Where the '-*' means to remove all the default USE flags. Do not
edit make.default directly ....
