Another odd thing I noticed is that it's quite hard to emerge rsync, when you just want to emerge the damn rsync package ;) emerge -u rsync tries to sync the ports tree instead of installing the app. Is this fixed in the new portage version? ( Note that all actions are now preceded by '--' and are effectively flags. ) Ben --=-gnNtkTtS7OX2Q65z818A Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name=signature.asc Content-Description: This is a digitally signed message part -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.1 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQA+XIpoeGGfskjv0zURAtzoAKDjdEkYEDCmKBr6nXPKlbQiMlSjjwCdGFTn R7ie+nTjGaJBWurIxNUyyMg= =3Z0g -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --=-gnNtkTtS7OX2Q65z818A--
