This might be off topic, but mabey not. I experience problems with my
graphics card while running `make menuconfig`.
The symptoms are like it beeing overheated. Screen gets garbled and if i
quickly exit menuconfig it reverts to normal, if I wait however the
machine hangs.
I never have this problem otherwise, the computer can be running for
days with 100% CPU utilisation with no problem. But eaven a fresh boot
will hang in minutes if I run menuconfig.
