[gentoo-dev] 1.4 install doc

A printable version (pdf?) of the install documentation would be useful.  I 
printed from the html version to have a copy in hand while going through the 
install process, and about the right quarter of the pages were clipped.

Looking forward to getting gentoo running,

I reduced the text size and it printed out fine for me.

for all the docs!

It there is.. I sincerely didn't found .. in fact.. I once saved the 
html, and then edited it by hand, removing all that crap so that it 
would display nice with links or lynx .. don't recall.. for reading 
while installing..

This problem could be solved if the CSS sheets use the "print" media type. The 
ad column could have display: none; in the "print" media rules.

I printed once all the docs from galeon, and they were useable enough for me.
