[gentoo-dev] Contribution to Gentoo

Hello,
first of all THANK YOU for the great distro, it's awesome :-)

I'd like to contribute to the Gentoo project, and since I don't know how 
to program well enough I'm offering to translate the docs in Italian (my 
first language),

Are you interested? Any suggestions?

We are definitely interested.  Step one is to read the xml guide on our
website.  Step two is to hang around #gentoo-doc on irc and get started
with your first doc!  I look forward to seeing you soon!

        Look at http://www.gentoo.org/index-docs.html, and start there.
For info on the xml side of things see: 
http://www.gentoo.org/doc/xml-guide.html

Once you have translated a document simply submit it via 
http://bugs.gentoo.org and select the appropriate documentation category to 
place your bug in.  I'm sure the developers will be more than happy to have 
some one translating them into Italian.
