Subject: [gentoo-dev] UTF-8 Encoding and international sites
Date: 24 Apr 2002 08:38:39 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <1019633919.2186.8.camel@steph> (raw)

Hello,

I d/l the latest xml guide archive and gave a shot to translate the
build guide to French. All is fine but the UTF encoding which prevents
me to be able to put any accents in there, is that something i shall
modify in the guide-main.xsl ?

I am not very familiar with xml (just did my first steps last night).

Also, i wanted to talk to other people around the globe and list what
countries and websites are actually doing some translation projects, i
think we need to centralize this. I'll begin with mine :

- France	http://frlinux.net/gentoo

Thanks for the help
Steph
