Why are we reinventing the wheel with the ChangeLog format of the
ebuilds? There is already a standard way of writing ChangeLogs,
devined by GNU:
http://www.gnu.org/prep/standards_toc.html#TOC40
And there is code to assist in writing and parsing changelogs, written
in that format. We can't use it with ours.

GNU format makes it hard to "see" the actual releases. The 2-line
indent is cleaner, imho.
