Hi guys

I just commited autotools.eclass, and media-video/drip that
uses this eclass.

It is basically to bridge the problem that most things breaks
with the latest automake and autoconf, but some apps (like
Drip) will only work with the latest versions of these utils.

There is an example of how to use it at the top of 
/usr/portage/eclass/autotools.eclass.  Also, the 
media-video/drip ebuild can be used as and example.
