Thanks for reporting. The problem is that the gdk-pixbuf headers was moved 
a little time ago so not all packages use 'gnome-config --cflags gdk_pixbuf' 
yet. I've added this to CFLAGS in the Sodipodi ebuild, it's in 0.24.1-r2
