[gentoo-dev] pilot-link <-> glibc header problem

Hi devs,

Today I found that the pilot-link package overwrites
/usr/include/getopt.h (from glibc) which caused various build problems
on my machine in the last days. 
I changed pilot-link to install his include files to
/usr/include/libpisock (which gets scanned and detected by all our apps
using pilot-link).
If you have pilot-link-0.9.6 installed on your machine I recommend you
remerge glibs unmerge pilot-link 0.9.6 and merge 0.9.6-r1 to stay out of
trouble.
I removed all the workaround patches for that issue I made today but
there might be some other patches in the tree which are obsolete now
too.
